Our goal is to provide women with tools and knowledge to achieve financial independence through work.

We work with women on one-to-one basis to coach them on a wide range of topics - from how to create a solid CV to job application to interviewing techniques.

Our mission is to give each woman the tools and the confidence to secure employment.

We provide training courses focusing on ‘in-demand’ skills.

Languages

Our research shows that language proficiency in English or another European languages translates to higher changes of getting employment, Our community members are able to take an on-line language course and improve their language proficiency.

Marketing and online selling

We provide courses in digital marketing and online selling for women artisans who would like to sell their products on sites like Etsy or Instagram.
